Experience :-
- Diploma 6+Yrs
- B.Tech / BE- 3+Yrs
Key Responsibility :-
Operate and maintain CMM. Set up the machine, calibrate probes (zoiss), and perform routine maintenance.
Create Inspection programmes and update software of CMM (Zeiss) Interpret drawings and specifications to measure parts. Complete inspection reports and analyse data.
Collaborate with enginneering, quality control, and production to resolve quality issues Explore new measurement techanelgies and optimise CMM programs
Should have sound knowledge of inhouse and third party calibation of instruments and gauges Should have practical knowledge of MSA
Should have sound and practical knowledge of Gd&T, metralogy, standard room.
Should have operated VMM, Hardness tester, Profile projector, contour, surface tester roundness tester Knowledge of PFMEA, CP, PFD, APQP.7 QC tools, Supplier audit, 55
Meeting with Customer (specially MSIL) for NPD Issues and new jig fixture validation.
