Position :- Team Member – Planing
Job Location :- Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Qualification :- Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in any stream (Mech engg is preferred)
Experience :- 3 to 5 years in Planning
Job Responsibilities :-
Production Planning & Coordination:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders and capacity.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
Stock & Material Planning:
Glass Planning:
- Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels of uPVC profiles, hardware, reinforcements, and accessories.
- Track material consumption and forecast future requirements..
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of raw materials.
- Glass sourcing as per the BOM
- Plan and schedule glass cutting and procurement in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure minimal wastage and efficient utilization of glass stock.
MIS Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on production, inventory, and order status.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Present actionable insights to management for strategic planning.
Customer Service:
- Coordinate the order delivery to customer as per committed date.
Keeping a track of customer complaints and closing on time.
