Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVANI) is an Indian public sector defence company, headquartered in Avadi, Chennai established in 2021 as part of the restructuring and corporatisation of the Ordnance Factory Board into seven different Public Sector Undertakings.
Positions :- Trade, Technician & Graduate Apprentice
Job Location :- Mumbai & Raigad, Maharashtra
Stipend :-
Graduate Engineering Apprentice: Rs. 18,000/-
Diploma Technician Apprentice: Rs. 16,200/-
Trade (Ex-ITI) Apprentice: Rs. 16,200/-
Qualification :-
Graduate Engineering Apprentice: Degree in Mechanical, EEE Automobile, (Full Time – Regular)
Diploma Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Mech, CSE, EEE, Automobile, (Full Time – Regular)
Trade (Ex-ITI) Apprentice: NCVT Certificate (Minimum 50% Marks) Trade – Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, MMV
Note:
Graduate & Diploma Candidates should have passed the qualifiying examniation during 2021/2022 2023/2024.
The candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 or having experience in the relevant category for a period of one year are not eligible to apply against this advertisement.

- Graduate Engineering Apprentice: 16 Posts
- Diploma Technician Apprentice: 05 Posts
- Trade (Ex-ITI) Apprentice: 60 Posts
Selection Process :-
- The selection process will be based on candidates’ performance in the walk-in interview
- At the time of interview, the candidate should bring their Qualification certificates, proof of date of birth, Aadhar Card and community certificate in original along with a photo copy for verification & submission.
- Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the respective discipline qualifying examination.
- Post screening of the applications, selected candidates will be intimated through mail/phone.
- Engagement for Apprenticeship Training will be subject to the selected candidates clearing the Medical examination and Police verification and Enrolment / Registration in NATS (for graduate / Diploma) and NAPS (for ITI) respectively.
